Bob began his career with Couristan, where he learned the craft and honed his skills for nearly 15 years. Today, Bob brings over 35 years of industry experience to meet the demands of our outstanding client roster. In fact, Bob is undoubtedly one of the few professionals in the U.S. with three decades of experience, knowledge and expertise in a specialized and competitive industry.

Stephanie Ciongoli, Exec VP - Sales & Design - oversees national business development, contract sales in New York and serves as a creative liaison for the Innovative Design Studio. Recent accomplishments include renovation work for prominent hotel groups such as Fairmont Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott Hotels. Her education in Fine Arts, coupled with her zest to achieve the most sophisticated level of artistic designs, allows Stephanie to provide interior designers with unique rugs and carpets, while furnishing hospitality purchasers and hotel owners with optimal value.
